A few years ago, Holly won a complimentary bridal session from a Facebook contest. Since she already had her engagement portraits taken on the more casual side of Gilcrease, we decided to utilize the more formal side of Gilcrease for her bridal portraits for a different look! Holly’s signature leopard shoes were a gift from her fiancé Dakota and she purchased her wedding dress from Zappos. I asked Holly her favorite part about her wedding dress and she said, “How SHINY it is!! All sequins? Yes please!” Holly’s wedding dress fit her perfectly and only needed a few minor alterations. She was even able to have a veil made for her wedding with some of the sequins from her dress! Here are some of my favorite images from her morning bridal session:
Doesn’t she look so glamorous? Holly totally rocked it!
I asked her what she was looking forward to about her upcoming wedding. Holly said, “I am so pumped about the reception. Dancing and having a good time to celebrate love is about the best thing on earth!”
Thank you, Holly, for entering my bridal contest on Facebook. I am so glad we were able to capture these beautiful images of you before your wedding! Stay tuned for images from Holly and Dakota’s wedding at White House Mansion. I can’t wait to share your big day on the BLOG!
